About a week after it was announced that Bills quarterbacks coach George Cortez was leaving to assume a head coaching role with the Hamilton TigerCats of the CFL, Chan Gailey is losing another offensive assistant. Receivers coach Stan Hixon accepted an assistant coaching position at Penn State University Thursday.
