Live from the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Buffalo Bills assistant General Manager/Director of Pro Personnel Doug Whaley hosted a live chat with fans Thursday.

Each February, the nation's best college football players are invited to the Combine, where executives, coaches, scouts and doctors from all 32 NFL teams conduct an intense, four-day job interview in advance of the NFL Draft.

Whaley, a Pittsburgh native who played collegiately at Pitt, was named Assistant General Manager/Director of Pro Personnel in February 2010. He oversees the team's Pro Personnel department and assists GM Buddy Nix in all football-related duties, including the college talent evaluation process.
