The Bills had a couple of changes on their inactive list for their Week 2 matchup with the Jets Thursday night. Some were due to injury, while others likely had more to do with the opponent's strengths and weaknesses. None of them however, involve WR Sammy Watkins who will play tonight.

Kickoff specialist Jordan Gay, who was called up to the active roster last week to help kick away from Baltimore return specialist Devin Hester, is inactive this week. That means Dan Carpenter will handle kickoffs tonight against New York.

The Jets primary return man is rookie Jalin Marshall, who had a 65-yard kick return in Week 1.

Safety Colt Anderson and starting left tackle Cordy Glenn were both declared out with foot and ankle injuries respectively on Wednesday.

Buffalo's other inactives are C Patrick Lewis, RB Jonathan Williams, LB Brandon Spikes and third QB Cardale Jones.
