Thad Bogardus named defensive quality control coach

The Bills have named Thad Bogardus as the team's defensive quality control coach.

Bogardus will enter his first season in the NFL coaching ranks after spending the past three seasons with Ball State as a graduate assistant. He began his time with the Cardinals in 2011 as a football operations graduate assistant before working as a defensive graduate assistant in 2012 and 2013.

A 2011 graduate of Elon University, Bogardus served as a student assistant for his alma mater in 2009 and 2010. From 2007-10, he also worked as the assistant video coordinator. Bogardus, a native of Redding, CT, earned an undergraduate degree in finance during his time at Elon.
