Ticket update for Bills-Colts game

**

Orchard Park, NY – The Buffalo Bills vs. the Indianapolis Colts game this Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Ralph Wilson Stadium is sold-out and will be televised locally - thanks to Bills partner Time Warner Cable. In order to ensure that the game would air on local television Sunday, Time Warner Cable agreed to purchase all the remaining unsold tickets for this weekend's contest.

"Time Warner Cable is a proud sponsor of the Bills, and we know how loyal the fans are to the team, so we are very pleased to be able to ensure that the Bills versus Colts matchup is televised for all of Western New York," said Terence Rafferty, Regional Vice President of Operations, Time Warner Cable WNY. "It's going to be an exciting game and fun for all fans to hopefully see the Bills win their last game."

"We greatly appreciate and thank our friends at Time Warner Cable for their continued support," said Russ Brandon, Bills chief operating officer/general manager. "This is another great example of Time Warner's continued commitment to our region and charitable initiatives throughout the community."

Time Warner Cable is distributing the tickets they purchased to local charities, including Baker Victory Services, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County, Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo, Buffalo Urban League, Camp Good Days & Special Times, Compeer of Greater Buffalo and Cradle Beach Camp.

"TWC does many things to help support and strengthen the local community that we live and work in to make it a better place for all. In WNY, we are fortunate to have so many wonderful charities that serve and support those in need, so it is our pleasure to be able to provide these organizations with several hundred tickets," said Rafferty. "I know that these charities and many people served by them are absolutely ecstatic about going to the Bills game."

Tickets are still available for public purchase for this weekend's Bills-Colts matchup through Sunday morning, with Time Warner Cable committed to purchase whatever tickets remain prior to kickoff. Fans may obtain tickets by going online at buffalobills.com or ticketmaster.com, by visiting Western New York Ticketmaster outlets or the Ralph Wilson Stadium ticket office, or by calling 1-877-BB-TICKS and 716-649-0015.

Official sold-out games in the NFL are based on the general seating capacity of each venue. Premium seating (VIP, club seats and suites) does not apply to the official sold-out status.
