- In celebration of the Play Football Initiative, the Buffalo Bills are hosting a number of in game activations celebrating local youth flag football organizations, schools and initiatives.
- 3 local flag football organizations will participate in the Player Introduction Banner ceremony welcoming the Bills to the Highmark Stadium Field. These players represent Sweet Home Modified Girls Flag, RedZone NFL Flag, and Youth Advantage Flag.
- 21 High School Girls Varsity Flag Football Coach of the Week winners will be recognized on the field during pre-game and a Coach of the Year from each region (Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse) will be named.
Pregame Ceremony: Heartsaver Hero Award
- Presenting HeartSaver Hero Awards for those involved in the save of a student at Williamsville South
- Introduction Banners: Youth Football and HeartBEAT
Halftime: Girls Flag All Star Halftime
- Players and coaches from the Girls Varsity Flag Football Sectional Winning teams from Buffalo (Section VI), Rochester (Section V) and Syracuse (Section III) will showcase their skills in a girls flag halftime scrimmage in partnership with Kaleida.
