Matheson is a Canadian chef, restaurateur, author and an Emmy-award winning executive producer. He's best known for his acclaimed restaurants, New York Times bestselling cookbooks and his role on the hit series The Bear. At Highmark Stadium, Matheson brings his signature, bold, no-fuss approach to the table with his chicken parm sandwich. The mouthwatering sandwich is thoughtfully curated with the best ingredients – a Portuguese roll, breaded chicken cutlet, pomodoro, mozzarella, parmesan, roasted peppers and garlic parmesan dressing.
