We strongly recommend the following important tips:
• Add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet Or Google Wallet before arriving to Highmark Stadium to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular connection
• To keep lines moving, please have your tickets ready as you approach the gate
• Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the stadium
• If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their own ticket in advance

Know Before You Go
Parking:
All Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots will require an advanced purchase parking pass, except for authorized ADA parking placards in the Blue & White ADA parking lots based on availability. (See Accessible Parking for more info). There will be no day of game cash or credit card transactions to purchase parking in Bills lots.
Abbott Road will be closed to all vehicle traffic (6) hours prior to kickoff between Bills Drive and the NFTA Transportation Hub on game days.

Accessibility:
• Highmark Stadium and the Buffalo Bills are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all guests, including guests with disabilities.
• ADA Golf cart transportation is available for guests with disabilities from stadium parking lots to the stadium gates. Guests can be picked up from one of the 8 designated locations throughout the parking lots by our Guest Experience ADA Team.
• Wheelchair transportation is available from stadium gates to a guest's seat prior to the game and after as well.

NFTA Game Day Express:

Bag Policy:
• The Buffalo Bills encourage fans not to bring any bags, however bags are permitted within the following guidelines. One clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or clutch purse no larger than 6.5" x 4.5".

Cashless:
All points of sale at Highmark Stadium, including the 50/50 raffle, will be completely cashless. Guests can pay for items using valid debit or credit cards, or mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Highmark Stadium.
No Smoking:
Highmark Stadium is a smoke-free facility. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited.
No Drones:
• No Drones are permitted to take off or land anywhere within two miles of Highmark Stadium four hours prior to or four hours after any event. In addition, No Drones are permitted to fly in the area per FAA regulations without proper authorization.

Bills VIP Tailgate
Kick off game day with the ultimate hospitality experience. Enjoy all-inclusive food and beverages, a premium open bar, live entertainment, and more in a spacious indoor/outdoor pavilion. The Bills VIP Tailgate opens four hours before all home games and welcomes fans of all ages. Located directly across from Toyota Gate E on Abbott Road, just steps from Highmark Stadium!
Uber Eats
Check the Buffalo Bills Mobile App each week for the Uber Eats Gameday Deal! Fans can claim exclusive offers from featured local restaurants through the Uber Eats App. Offer is valid on each Bills game day and available until the next game! Terms apply. See app for details.
Total Sports Enterprises
Total Sports Enterprises will have multiple locations set up around the stadium where fans can bid on and purchase autographed Bills items! The Total Sports team will have autographed items for bid and purchase available at the following locations:
One (1) at the Partner Activation Area outside Highmark Stadium, Two (2) 100-level concourse activations (Section 123/124, Section 110 at the Suites & Field Club Entrance), Two (2) 716 Club locations, One (1) Upper Level, One (1) Lower Level, Two (2) 300-level concourse activations (Section 336/337, Section 309/310)
AAA
AAA will be on site at every Bills game at Highmark Stadium to help get you home; providing jumpstarts, lockouts, and air in your tires. Additional services from AAA are also available at a cost, if not included in your AAA membership. Please contact guest services or security if you need assistance.

50/50 Raffle Winner
The Buffalo Bills Foundation is excited to host the 50/50 raffle on game days this season. 50/50 ticket sellers will only accept cashless forms of payment.
The winner of the 50/50 Raffle for the Bills vs Lions game was Phillip Kavanaugh.
The jackpot was $392,386 with a winning ticket for $196,192.
