Round 1
Kincaid played just one year of high school football after focusing on basketball (he played for a national championship-winning AAU squad) but was an all-state pick at Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas in that lone football season. He signed with non-scholarship program San Diego for 2018, starting three of 12 games played that year and scoring 11 touchdowns (24-374-15.6). Kincaid was a third-team Associated Press FCS All-American in 2019, scoring eight more times and averaging 19 yards a reception (44-835) in 12 appearances. Utah saw his potential and gave him a scholarship for the 2020 season, in which he played five games with one start (made one catch for 14 yards). Kincaid was an honorable mention All-Pac-12 selection in 2021, topping the Utes with eight touchdown receptions (36-510-14.2) and starting 13 of 14 games played. He became Utah's top receiving threat in 12 games (nine starts) as a senior, missing one game with a shoulder injury. Also, he opted out of the Rose Bowl, citing an injury. The 2022 first-team All-Pac-12 selection caught 70 passes for 890 yards (12.7 per) and eight scores, garnering third-team All-American honors from the Associated Press. -- by Chad Reuter
Round 2
The massive Torrence earned all-district and all-state honors at St. Helena Central High School in Louisiana and signed with the University of Louisiana to play for the Ragin' Cajuns. He immediately stepped into the starting lineup in Lafayette, beginning 13 of 14 contests at left guard in 2019. Torrence was a second-team All-Sun Belt Conference selection as a sophomore, when he started all 11 games at right guard. He ascended to first-team All-SBC accolades as a junior, starting 12 games at right guard and missing two due to injury. Torrence followed his Louisiana head coach, Billy Napier, to Florida for the 2022 season, where he garnered first-team Associated Press All-American honors as well as first-team All-SEC notice for his play in 11 starts at right guard. He opted out of the Las Vegas Bowl, thus finishing his career without giving up a sack. -- by Chad Reuter
Round 3
Williams is a South Carolina native who flipped from Coastal Carolina to Tulane late in the recruiting process. He enrolled in school a semester early and contributed in 11 games as a reserve as a true freshman (nine tackles). Williams was a second-team All-American Athletic Conference selection in 2020, ranking second in the FBS with 16.5 tackles for loss (with 4.5 sacks) and leading his squad with 98 tackles (also three pass breakups) in 12 games (four starts). He garnered honorable mention All-AAC notice in 2021 (73 tackles, three for loss with one sack, three pass breakups) after starting eight of 12 games played. Williams was ejected for targeting in the first half against Ole Miss. He was a first-team All-AAC pick as a senior because he filled up the stat sheet in 14 starts, tying for ninth in the FBS with 132 tackles (ranking third with 81 solo stops) and posting 8.5 tackles for loss with a team-high five sacks, two interceptions, seven pass breakups and two forced fumbles. Justin Shorter
WR FloridaShorter earned second-team USA Today All-USA honors and New Jersey's Offensive Player of the Year his senior season at South Brunswick High School. He was rated the top receiver prospect in the country before signing with Penn State for 2018 but redshirted that fall (3-20-6.7 in four games) because he missed midseason contests due to injury. He played in 10 games with five starts for the Nittany Lions in 2019 (12-137-11.4) but fought through injuries and was benched after dropping passes during the season. Then he entered the transfer portal. Florida snapped him up for 2020, when he scored three touchdowns (25-268-10.7) in 10 games as a reserve with the Gators. Taking over a starting role for 12 of 13 games played in 2021, Shorter caught 41 passes for 550 yards (13.4 per) and another three scores. He was limited to nine starts as a senior (29-577-19.9, two TDs) because of a hamstring injury that hampered him the second half of the year. -- by Chad Reuter
Round 7
Broeker (pronounced BRO-kurr) was a four-star recruit from Sacred Heart-Griffin High School in Springfield, Illinois, before making his way to Oxford. He earned quite a bit of playing time as a true freshman, suiting up in all 12 games as a key reserve and seeing more than 30 snaps in most games. Broeker started all 10 games of the Rebels' 2020 season and all 13 games in 2021. He slid in to play left guard in 2022, garnering second-team All-SEC accolades after not allowing a single sack in 435 pass-blocking snaps in his 13 starts, per PFF. -- by Chad Reuter
Alex Austin
CB Oregon StateAustin was a three-star recruit out of Long Beach Poly near Los Angeles. He redshirted his first season, playing in three games as a reserve (seven tackles, one pass breakup). Austin was a five-game starter in 2020 (29 tackles, two pass breakups in seven appearances) and then garnered honorable mention All-Pac-12 honors as a sophomore (47 tackles, two interceptions, seven pass breakups in 13 starts) and junior (57 tackles, one sack, two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown, with 10 pass breakups in 12 starts) before declaring for the draft.
