Bills activate DT Marcell Dareus


The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team has activated DT Marcell Dareus to the 53-man roster.

Since being drafted with the third overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Bills, Dareus has ranked fourth among all defensive tackles with 30.5 sack en route to earning Pro Bowl nods in 2013 and 2014.  Dareus' 30.5 sacks rank third in Bills history among defensive tackles trailing only Kyle Williams (37.0) and Jeff Wright (31.5).

The Bills have placed WR Greg Salas on injured reserve. Also, G Terran Vaughn has been released from the team's practice squad.
