Today, the Bills announced that they have signed defensive end, Ryan Russell. Russell was originally drafted by the Cowboys in the fifth round, with pick number 163, in 2015. After one season with Dallas, Russell was signed to the Buccaneers practice squad. On November 12th, 2016, the Buccaneers promoted Russell to the 53-man roster.
