Bills claim WR Quentin Skinner off waivers

With training camp on the horizon, the Bills are making a roster move, claiming wide receiver Quentin Skinner off waivers from the New York Jets.

The 6-foot-5, 195 pound receiver has one year of NFL experience and played with the Jets in 2025 as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas. Skinner appeared in one NFL game, making one catch for 10 yards.

In a corresponding move, the Bills released WR Deven Thompkins.
