FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEFriday, November 23, 2007BILLS PROMOTE FOX TO 53-MAN ROSTERJoe ReleasedORCHARD PARK, NY – The Bills today have promoted cornerback Dustin Fox to the 53-man roster.  Fox has spent seven weeks on Buffalo's practice squad.Linebacker Leon Joe was released.Fox will wear No. 35.Fox spent the 2006 season with the Philadelphia Eagles.  Fox, 24, spent two weeks on the team's active roster and saw action in one game against the Carolina Panthers on October 2nd.  He recorded two special teams tackles.  He spent the rest of the 2006 season on the team's practice squad.  Fox was released by Philadelphia on September 1st, 2007.Fox joined the NFL as a third round selection (80th overall) of the Minnesota Vikings in 2005.  The Ohio State product missed his rookie season with a broken arm and was released from Minnesota prior to the 2006 regular season.
