The Bills have re-signed guard Ike Boettger to a one-year deal, the team announced Friday.

Boettger, an interior offensive lineman, was able to make his way back on the field with the Bills in Week 16 of the 2022 season after tearing his Achilles late in the 2021 season. Boettger previously started 17 combined games for the Bills from 2020-21.

After completing his rehab, the fifth-year guard was activated off the reserve/PUP list ahead of the Bills' Week 16 game at Chicago and played six snaps in the team's 35-13 win.

"He's a king. I freaking love Ike," QB Josh Allen said during the 2022 season. "I don't think you can find one guy in the world that has a bad thing to say about Ike. The ultimate, ultimate team guy."

2023 will mark Boettger's sixth season in Buffalo.
