The Bills continued to make adjustments to their roster Sunday. For the third straight day Buffalo added a new player signing free agent DE Sam Acho.

To create room on the roster for the sixth-year defensive end the Bills released veteran G Vlad Ducasse.

Acho, 30, is the fifth new player added to the roster over the weekend.

He played the last four seasons for the Chicago Bears appearing in 51 games with 25 starts. Acho is coming off a torn pectoral muscle injury suffered last October that landed him on injured reserve with the Bears as he missed the last 11 games of the season. Off the field, Acho was named the Bears' Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee in 2016 and 2017.

Originally a fourth-round pick of the Arizona Cardinals in 2011, Acho has 17 sacks, 10 forced fumbles and three interceptions in his career. Acho played his college football at Texas and is a native of Dallas.
