He was a waiver claim awarded to the Bills on Wednesday. By Thursday however, he was off of Buffalo's roster. The Bills designated LB Tyrell Adams waived/injured late Thursday afternoon.
The linebacker didn't get on the practice field Thursday as he was going through the team physical. Adams did not pass the physical forcing the roster move.
Buffalo promptly re-signed LB Deon Lacey, who had been with the club since the start of the regular season after being claimed off waivers himself. Lacey has served primarily on special teams.
