The Buffalo Bills will conclude their back-to-back West Coast trip with Sunday's game at the Arizona Cardinals on October 14th. Kickoff is slated for 4:05 p.m. ET.

This week's game will be the 10th regular season meeting between the two teams.

Former Bills General Manager Bill Polian's formal induction to the Wall of Fame will take place at halftime.
