1. CBS Sports recommends starting this Bills player in fantasy this week

CBS Sports writer Jamey Eisenburg released his weekly fantasy football starts and sits and for Week 9, and Josh Allen is the top quarterback on his list. Allen is going up against a Seahawks defense that has given up an average of 27.71 fantasy points to quarterbacks so far this season. Eisenburg thinks it will be a bounce-back week for Allen in fantasy and that he should be starting in your lineups.

Starter - QB Josh Allen:

The first four games of the season were amazing for Allen when he scored at least 29 fantasy points in each outing. The past four, however, have been disappointing with under 20 fantasy points in each game. Well, as we're in November now, hopefully, a new month will bring a change for Allen, and he can start producing like he did to open the year. It helps that he's facing a Seattle defense that has struggled with quarterbacks all season, especially rushing ones. Cam Newton, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Kyler Murray all had at least 10 Fantasy points with their legs, which should help Allen's floor since he has four rushing touchdowns on the season. And the Seahawks allow the second-most passing yards on the year. This should be a solid bounce-back week for Allen at home.

2. Sean McDermott talks coaching philosophies with Duke's Coach K

Sean McDermott was on Sirius XM's Basketball and Beyond hosted by the head coach of Duke's basketball team, Coach K. The two coaches talked about last week's emotional team win over the Patriots and the team's mentality heading into today's game against the Seahawks.

"I think that as a head coach sometimes some of my biggest worries and what keeps me up at night is the synergy of the team and where we're at mentally," McDermott said. "Trying to get them in the early part of this week back into the right mental space to continue to improve the quality of our play. I think that's huge, and you're right that wasn't our Super Bowl, the goal was never to just win against the Patriots. The goal is to win the Super Bowl and now it's about getting back to the process, which we talk about a lot here. In terms of earning the right to win every week and continuing to improve our quality of play throughout the season."

3. Micah Hyde's history against the Seahawks

Micah Hyde has gone against Russell Wilson and the Seahawks four times in his career, and today will be the first time as a member of the Bills. He has a 2-2 record against the Seahawks and has intercepted Wilson once in his career. Hyde talked about what stands out to him about the 6-1 Seahawks team coming to Buffalo today.

"This is a very good football team that's coming in with a lot of weapons on offense and defense with a great coaching staff. Just an overall, good team and they've been doing it for however long and they got a Super Bowl ring out of it with an electric quarterback in Russell Wilson. I've been able to play these guys a few times in my past life and I know what type of team they are and what type of quarterback he is. How he maneuvers in the pocket, can buy time and make any throw on offense. I don't think it's a measuring stick game, but I think that it is definitely a game to see where we're at and we want to go out there and compete."
