The Buffalo Bills made a last-minute splash during Tuesday's NFL trade deadline, acquiring Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines.

The Bills are sending back RB Zack Moss and a conditional 6th round pick in 2023 to Indy in exchange for Hines.

Hines is a fifth-year RB out of NC State, drafted by the Colts in the 4th round (104th overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft. He has been utilized out of the backfield a variety of ways and boasts both running and pass catching skills.

Hines has 1,205 rush yards and 10 TDs since entering the league in 2018 to go along and 1,725 receiving yards and 7 TDs. In his first four full seasons, Hines has been one of the most targeted running backs, ranking in the top 20 among RBs in three out of the four seasons. Hines has 25 catches on 28 targets this season for 188 yards.
