Jacob Rosen has been a Bills Season Ticket Member since 1987 and a fan as long as he can remember. Although he's a Chicago native, Rosen moved to the Buffalo area when he was just three years old, before settling in Rochester, New York, around 1983. Just a few years later, Rosen began his journey as a Bills Season Ticket Member.
For Rosen, game days at New Era Field are truly special and he's always excited to see familiar faces. Although he attends games with his sister, Rosen has made many friends during his time as a Season Ticket Member.
"It has become a family thing, not the one your born into, but the one you choose," Rosen explained.
Over the years, Rosen has made many fond Bills memories and can even recall attending the team's first game in Orchard Park. He also went to each of the four Super Bowls that the Bills appeared in. However, one of his favorite memories is from the 2017 season – the snow game against the Indianapolis Colts. When reminiscing on the event, Rosen described the cold, snowy scene that he witnessed as he walked to his car after Buffalo's victory. Along the way, he saw a car stuck in the snow and he stopped to lend a hand. Afterward, he realized it was the neighbor of the person he sits next to on game day whose car was stuck. This is just one small example of what it means to be a Bills Season Ticket Member.
Additionally, Rosen enjoys the many perks associated with his membership, especially his dedicated Account Representative.
"Any question you have, anything you need, you call and they'll help you out," said Rosen. "It's a personal relationship you can have with the team and I don't know if all teams have that."
