No. 54 – WR Tee Higgins, Clemson

With many of the top corners and edge rushers unavailable, the Bills ironically land Higgins in Round 2 after the two were paired often in Round 1.

No. 38 FROM CAROLINA – EDGE A.J. Epenesa, Iowa

Bills receive: No. 38

Panthers receive: No. 54, No. 86, No. 207

No. 128 – RB A.J. Dillon, Boston College

No. 167 – S Kenny Robinson, West Virginia

No. 237 FROM NEW ENGLAND, DENVER – CB Nevelle Clarke, UCF

Bills receive: No. 237, No. 252, No. 254

Broncos receive: No. 188

No. 239 – G Justin Herron, Wake Forest

No. 252 FROM DENVER – TE Dalton Keene, Virginia Tech

No. 254 FROM DENVER – WR Trishton Jackson, Syracuse

The Bills don't have a ton of needs after a busy offseason that included dealing their first-round pick in a move to add a No. 1 receiver in Stefon Diggs, so they should feel comfortable packaging some picks together to make a move in Round 2 if a prospect of interest falls. Here that's Epenesa, who disappointed at the combine but should be a strong defensive end at the next level. He'll mix in as a rookie and take over as a starter in 2021.

Dillon is a big (247-pound) back to pair with Devin Singletary in the run game, and he profiles as more than just a plodder to use in short-yardage situations. Robinson is an interesting case after already showing some of his upside in the XFL, and he has the potential to be a good player at the next level.

The Bills take advantage of a team with a lot of late picks but not much they want to use them on, swapping their remaining sixth-rounder to the Broncos for three picks near the end of the draft. That helps fill out their class with some depth options at key positions where they could use more talent.

No. 54 – OT Isaiah Wilson, Georgia

No. 86 – S Jeremy Chinn, Southern Illinois

No. 54 – EDGE Julian Okwara, Notre Dame

The Bills need some younger depth to help them get to the quarterback with Shaq Lawson gone. Okwara (6-4, 252 pounds) is a flexible, explosive pass-rusher with great finishing burst to the quarterback.

No. 86 – OT Jack Driscoll, Auburn

The Bills need to start grooming a left tackle replacement for Dion Dawkins. Driscoll (6-5, 306 pounds) is standing out with his smarts, athleticism and technical skills to the point teams are OK with him needing to bulk up and get stronger to become a steady outside force.

No. 128 – CB Essang Bassey, Wake Forest

No. 167 – RB Darrynton Evans, Appalachian State

No. 188 – S Jordan Fuller, Ohio State

No. 207 – LB T.J. Brunson, South Carolina

No. 239 – TE Mitchell Wilcox, South Florida

No. 54 – CB Damon Arnette, Ohio State

No. 86 – RB Anthony McFarland, Maryland

Scroll through to view photos of prospects that some mock draft experts have Buffalo selecting in the second or third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

No. 54 – EDGE Julian Okwara, Notre Dame

Okwara, who broke his leg in November and didn't work out at the combine, has some versatility as a defensive end in a 4-3 defense or an outside linebacker in a 3-4. He'd be an end in Buffalo. The Bills added veteran Mario Addison to take over for Shaq Lawson, who left in free agency, but there are plenty of reps in the rotation for Okwara.

No. 54 – EDGE Jabari Zuniga, Florida

Zuniga fought through injuries last season but when he's 100 percent he can bring it off the edge.

No. 54 – EDGE Julian Okwara, Notre Dame

Jerry Hughes isn't getting younger, Lorenzo Alexander has retired, and Shaq Lawson just signed with the Dolphins. The Bills need to select an edge rusher that can help pressure the quarterback.
