Bills activate LB Tyrel Dodson off the reserve/COVID-19 list

The Bills announced that linebacker Tyrel Dodson has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

The Bills currently have a total of four players on the reserve/COVID-19 list - AJ Epenesa, Cole Beasley, Dion Dawkins, and Jon Feliciano. Three players remain on the practice squad/COVID-19 list.
