Draft Coverage

The most-mocked players and position groups linked to the Bills in 2023 NFL Draft

MostMockedRecap

We could track these mock drafts all the way up until the draft starts at 8:00 p.m. ET tonight on NFL Network. But, at some point you have to stop. So, our magic number this year is 171. We tracked 171 total mock drafts, which started on January 23 and ended on April 26.

Throughout the last few months, prospects and positions have emerged as favorites for the Bills to select at No. 27 on night one. There have also been some wild trends that have been revealed since the end of January. So, we figured we would share what we have learned from tracking more than 170 mock drafts.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT PROSPECTS?

If you're a draft nerd like us, by now you've heard that the grades on this class are all over the place. That's been reflected with where several players are mocked to come off the board on night one. It's also seen in the different names being mocked to teams, including the Bills.

This year, 41 different players were mocked to the Bills in the first round compared to last year's 25. That's a pretty stark difference between years. We will see if one of those 41 players are heading to Buffalo once the Bills are on the clock.
