Rapp left the Highmark Stadium field in an ambulance.
Rapp collided with CB Taron Johnson and a Jets ball carrier at the 1:10 mark of the second quarter.
Johnson is out for the game with a concussion.
Following the game, Bills head coach Sean McDermott announced that Rapp was resting at home.
Earlier in the game, cornerback Dane Jackson was ruled out for the game after being evaluated for a head injury.
