1 - How has Vontae Davis fared against the AFC East?On Monday, the Buffalo Bills and cornerback Vontae Davis agreed to terms on a one-year contract. That said, how has the two-time Pro Bowler performed within the Bills division? 
Davis, a nine-year veteran in the NFL, spent his first three years (2009-2011) in Miami and the past six seasons (2012-2017) in Indianapolis. Considering Davis was a first-round draft pick by the Dolphins in 2009, he's matched up against the AFC East multiple times.
In total, Davis has collided with AFC East opponents 27 times throughout his career. In those games, he's tallied 77 tackles, 21 passes defended, and six interceptions. He returned one of those INTs for a touchdown, which coincidentally came against the Bills. Thankfully Buffalo won't be throwing in Davis' direction in 2018.
The 6-0, 205-pound CB may've posted some prolific numbers against the AFC East, but his career stats are equally impressive.
In 120 games (112 starts), he's recorded 408 total tackles, 106 PDs, 22 INTs, three forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
Davis' one-year deal with Buffalo is worth a base salary of $5 million, with $3.5 million guaranteed. He can earn up to $8 million in 2018, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
2 - Bills hit home run in CBS Sports' mock draftThere's been much speculation that the Bills could elect to trade their back-to-back first-round picks in the 2018 NFL Draft, but staying put at 21st and 22nd overall isn't a bad scenario either. That's the case in this recent mock draft, as Buffalo selected the 2016 Heisman Trophy winner and one of the most coveted cornerbacks.
In CBS Sports’ 2018 NFL Mock Draft, the Bills landed quarterback Lamar Jackson and CB Denzel Ward. Jackson was the 21st overall selection and Ward went right after him at 22.
Jackson is viewed as a project QB, but his ceiling is ridiculously high. In three seasons (2015-2017) as the signal-caller for the Louisville Cardinals, he posted 9,043 passing yards, 69 touchdowns, and 27 interceptions. Jackson did just as much damage on the ground, as he carried the ball 655 times for 4,132 yards and 50 TDs.

Ward defended the boundaries at Ohio State from 2015-2017. In his 29 games with the Buckeyes, he had 67 tackles, 24 passes defended, and two interceptions. He was a consensus All-American to conclude his collegiate career, as he posted career-highs across the board.

However, even some of the most elite prospects have questions about them that NFL clubs will be looking to answer.
The NFL Scouting Combine kicked off on Monday in Indianapolis, as special teamers, offensive linemen, and running backs were the first to arrive. Today (Wednesday), the QBs will be among the day two arrivals.
