1. Sean McDermott credits this unit for Buffalo's recent offensive success

The Bills have found their groove on offense, rattling of three straight wins by at least 10 points. On the Howard and Jeremy Show on WGR 550 Friday morning, Sean McDermott credited the strength of the offensive line for the offense's success of late.

"Overall, you're seeing more time on task like we talked about at the beginning of the season," McDermott said. "We're spreading the ball around a little bit more and other guys are contributing more in their smaller roles and becoming more significant. That's all good for our offense as it continues to grow."

"I go back to giving credit to the offensive line," McDermott said. "Games are won or lost up front when you control the line of scrimmage and we've been able to do that."

The Bills offensive line has been consistent since the beginning of the season with four of five players starting every game. Right tackle, has been rotated between Cody Ford and Ty Nsekhe but his recent injury has given Ford the full-time role.

Left tackle Dion Dawkins, guard Quinton Spain, center Mitch Morse, guard Jon Feliciano have started every game.

2. Josh Allen rising up the NFL.com quarterback rankings

Josh Allen has jumped up 14 spots on NFL.com’s quarterback ranking list since Week 2 of the season. His more recent performances have caused him to jump six spots up to No. 13 in this week's edition.

So forgive us for wanting a bit more consistency from the signal-caller. Well, we asked for it and Josh Allen gave it to us. After last Thursday's signature win at Dallas, continuing a magnetic seven-week run since Buffalo's Week 6 bye, the rocket-armed passer has certainly offered up enough evidence to warrant a massive jump up the rankings. Although his accuracy still has room for improvement, his decision-making has been markedly better, as evidenced by his 16 total touchdowns (11 passing, 5 rushing) against just two giveaways in his last seven games. What better way to vault into the top 10 than to outduel the guy sitting at No. 1? Sunday should be fun.

This season Allen has 2,591 pass yards and completed those passes at 61.5%. He's combined for 24 touchdowns to 11 turnovers and has added 430 rush yards which ranks second among all quarterbacks.

3. Micah Hyde: "Don't sleep on the Bills"

Appearing on the RapSheet + Friends podcast, Micah Hyde spoke at length about what he told some of his former teammates about the Bills this season.

"I remember having a conversation with some buddies on other teams, former players that I played with in the past whether it's in Green Bay or even my days in Iowa. And I was telling guys, 'Hey, don't sleep on us this year. We're going to be good," Hyde said.

At 9-3 and with a firm grasp in the Wild Card race, Hyde's prediction is ringing true to the non-believers. Hyde credited the growth of quarterback Josh Allen as a large reason the team has found success.

"Obviously we have a young quarterback, but he's a competitor. He's a stud." Hyde said. "Once he gets that confidence from year one to year two' we're going to be a pretty good football team.'"

His former teammates obviously didn't believe the always confident Hyde but no one knows the team like someone who is on it.

"Maybe I was a little biased, because I appreciate this football team. I know the hard work and stuff that a lot of guys put in," Hyde said.
