Bills GM Brandon Beane and his wife Hayley are once again the ambassadors for Bills Muttfia, a Buffalo Bills pet adoption initiative. For every home game touchdown the Bills score, the Beanes will cover the cost of the adoption fee for an animal housed at the S.P.C.A. Serving Erie County.

Last year the initiative led to the adoption of 44 animals including 17 dogs, 14 cats.

To join in support of this cause visit the S.P.C.A. Bills Muttfia site here.

New Muttfia members will be announced on the S.P.C.A.'s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) at noon on the day after each home game. The program is open to all animals, from cats and dogs to birds, reptiles, and even farm animals.

Meanwhile Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins and his Dion's Dreamers Foundation is teaming up with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier to launch a campaign to match more children in Western New York with a mentor.

Throughout the 2021 season, Dawkins is asking Bills fans to make a pledge for every touchdown the team scores. All proceeds from the campaign will go to Dion's Dreamers Fund in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters, which serves close to 500 children throughout the region.

Dawkins is kicking off the campaign by pledging $100 for every touchdown the team scores this season and is asking fans to join him in this effort.

"I love Western New York and the people here," said Dawkins. "It's important for me to support the children of this area, and Big Brothers Big Sisters does an amazing job of giving kids in need positive mentors to make their lives better. It's important for kids to feel like they have someone in their corner and is there to help them pursue their dreams. That's exactly what a Big Brother or a Big Sister does. I hope Bills fans will join me in this campaign to help more children get mentors by making a pledge or donation."

Individuals who make at least a $2 per touchdown commitment or a flat donation of $100 or more will get a signed photo of Dawkins, and those that make a pledge of $5 or more or a flat donation of at least $300 will receive a signed Bills mini-helmet. Anyone making a pledge of $10 or more or a flat donation of at least $600 will get a specialty signed mini-helmet, and those who pledge at least $20 per touchdown or a flat donation of $1,200 will receive a signed Dion Dawkins jersey. Individuals interested in making a pledge to the campaign can visit www.pledgeit.org/dion.

Punter Matt Haack has launched a Pledge It campaign to support the P.U.N.T. Foundation. For each of his punts inside the 20 yard line, Haack and fans will make a donation to the organization started by former Bills punter Brian Moorman. To join the cause click here.
