Buffalo Bills and American Heart Association to host free hands-only CPR training in November

The Buffalo Bills and American Heart Association are continuing their collaboration and will host a free Hands-Only CPR event on Sunday, Nov. 5.

The event is free and open to all members of the Buffalo community from 3:00-6:30 pm in the ADPRO Sports Training Center at 1 Bills Drive. The educational trainings will be broken up into 30-minute sessions and will include learning the life-saving skills of Hands-Only CPR and how to use an AED. 

There will also be plenty of Bills-themed activities to participate in after the training, including have interactive games, photo ops, and mini golf.

The Buffalo Bills, American Heart Association and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield hosted a Hands-Only CPR education event at Highmark Stadium on Saturday. Bills safety Damar Hamlin participated in the session and donated AED kits to youth programs via his Chasing M's Foundation.

This event is happening in conjunction with AHA's CycleNation event which also taking place in the ADPRO Sports Training Center on Nov. 5.
