Elements added to fans code of conduct policy

Orchard Park, NY—The Buffalo Bills announced that they have added several new elements to the Fans Code of Conduct Policy for 2010.

For this Sunday's game and continuing through the season, the parking lots at Ralph Wilson Stadium will close two hours after the completion of the game.

One new element that fans will see as they approach the stadium for game days is the use of electronic message boards that will carry a variety of reminders for fans of the Bills Fan Behavior initiative.

As in past years, the parking lots will open 5 hours prior to kickoff. The aprons of the stadium parking lot driveways will be closed to early parking arrivals. Additionally, law enforcement will strictly enforce the "No Standing/No Parking" on roadways near the stadium parking lot entrances as a matter of safety.

Fans will also notice increased roving Security/Alcohol management teams in the stadium parking lots during pre-game.

The gates will again open an hour and a half before the start of the game and the Bills organization continues to strongly encourage fans to arrive at the gates early to avoid lines at the point of entrance.

The normal security measures, including pat-downs at all entrance gates, will be implemented for all fans as they enter the stadium and fans will notice permanent Fan Code of Conduct contact information displayed on the towers inside the stadium.

The Bills will continue their text messaging service and fan hotline for fans to report Fan Code of Conduct Policy violations. To report an incident, fans simply need to text  **BILLS

, followed by your seat location and issue 78247, or call the hotline at (716) 312-8933.**

There will also be text messages to all Bills subscribers on Verizon on the game day mornings with Fan Behavior reporting information. The Bills organization is again reaching out to all fans and asking for cooperation in reporting incidents that violate the Fan Behavior initiative and remind fans of the Fan Credo…Be Loud, Be Proud, Be Considerate!

The Buffalo Bills and Liberty Cab have teamed up again in 2010 to make available the "Safe Way Home" program. For more information on this program, fans should stop by any Guest Service Booth or contact Liberty Cab at (716) 877-7111.
