Buffalo Bills injury report vs. Rams | Week 5

1920X1080 1

Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady said Saturday that the team is listing two players out and three players as questionable for Week 5 against the Los Angeles Rams.

DL Ed Oliver (knee) and WR Joshua Palmer (shoulder) have been ruled out for Monday's game.

Oliver got banged up in Week 4 against the Patriots and did not practice this week. Palmer suffered his injury during Friday's practice, and Brady shared the team is still determining the severity of it.

"He got kind of twisted up yesterday in practice, so we're still going through some of the testing," Brady said. "I'll probably have a better answer as we go through, get some of these images back and go from there."

WR DJ Moore (shoulder), CB Dee Alford (ankle) and DL Landon Jackson (knee) will all be questionable versus the Rams.

Moore was spotted at Saturday's practice in a red non-contact jersey after missing Thursday and Friday, while Alford was in the team's normal blue practice jersey during the media viewing portion.

Brady said all three players will travel with the team this weekend, and the Bills will give them until game time before making a decision on their status. With Moore and Alford specifically, Brady said their lack of practice time this week isn't a concern. If they are healthy to suit up, they will.

"We have two days. If they're ready to go, I have full confidence in them being able to play," he said.

Brady also shared that due to injuries at the receiver position WR Skyler Bell will be active for Week 5 in LA. It will mark the rookie's first NFL appearance.

CB Christian Benford, who missed last week's game with a toe injury, has been limited in practice this week but is expected to start against the Rams.

"Good to go," Brady said of Benford.

Brady also shared that CB Maxwell Hairston will be the team's other starting outside corner opposite Benford.

Bills at Rams kicks off Monday at 8:15 p.m. Here's how to tune in.
