Top grade for QB1

Josh Allen completed 21 of 28 passes for 366 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday. The Bills are now 11-1 when Allen throws for 300 yards or more in a game. With his 125.6 quarterback rating, Allen has a 100+ rating in six of the last seven games.

For his performance on Sunday, Josh Allen produced the highest grade of the week from Pro Football Focus.

Diggs named offensive player of the week by NBC Sports' Peter King

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs had a day on Sunday. His 162 receiving yards were the most of his career since joining the Bills and the most by a Bills receiver since Robert Woods posted the same number on Nov. 7, 2016. Diggs' teams are 5-1 when he posts 150 yards or more. Diggs also added a touchdown on his eight receptions against the Jets.

NBC's Peter King named Diggs one of his players of the week. See King's observations below:

Offensive Players of the Week

Stefon Diggs, wide receiver, Buffalo. Entering Sunday's redemption game at the Meadowlands, Diggs was averaging two catches and 22 yards less per game than in his all-pro season of 2020. Diggs had but one 100-yard receiving game in his first eight games. So he, Josh Allen and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll did something about that in the 45-17 rout of the Jets. He caught eight passes for 162 yards and a TD, leading the Bills to scores on seven of their 11 drives. Smart for the Bills to focus on Diggs against the weak Jets' secondary.

Bills DBs earn a game ball from the GMFB crew

All five members of the Bills secondary produced takeaways on Sunday - S Micah Hyde with a forced fumble and recovery plus interceptions by Levi Wallace, Taron Johnson, Jordan Poyer and Tre'Davious White.

GMFB's Kyle Brandt awarded a game ball to all five players this week. See below for his observations on the Bills defensive backs.

Davis acknowledged for this dazzling sideline catch

Gabriel Davis produced his second career 100-yard receiving game on Sunday with 105 yards on three receptions. Along with Diggs' 162 yards, it was the first time the Bills had a pair of 100-yard receivers in the same game since Dec. 19. 2020 (Diggs and Beasley).

However, it was Davis' spectacular footwork on the sideline that helped him gain attention in Sunday's game. see CBS' Nate Burleson break down this 36-yard reception in the third quarter.

Bills appear in Pro Football Focus's Team of the Week

Stefon Diggs and Tre'Davious White, who posted his first interception of 2021 on Sunday, were selected to the PFF team of the week.
