Sean McDermott declares Dawson Knox out for Bills vs. Dolphins

Bills head coach Sean McDermott declared tight end Dawson Knox out for this week's game against Miami.

Knox suffered a hand injury in Buffalo's Week 6 game at Tennessee. He had surgery during the bye week. McDermott did not offer a timetable for Knox's return. Knox leads the team in touchdown receptions with five on the season.

McDermott mentioned that offensive lineman Spencer Brown will miss Wednesday's practice with a back and wide receiver Cole Beasley will have a vet rest day.
