"Throws for Moe's" game day promotion

The Buffalo Bills announced a new partnership agreement with Moe's Southwest Grill.

As part of the agreement, Moe's provided queso and guacamole sampling at Bills training camp practices and gave away gift certificates at Bills night practices.  In addition, in the "Throws for Moe's" promotion, if the Bills throw for 250 yards or more, fans can redeem their game day magazine coupon at Moe's in Buffalo and Rochester for a free burrito on the Tuesday following a home game.

After the first Bills home preseason game on Saturday, August 15th, and after the "Throws for Moe's" free burrito giveaway promotion, Brad DeGrazia, a Moe's Franchisee said, "We could not clear our lines from the start of business until we closed.  Fans redeemed coupons for nearly 2,000 burritos!  We are excited that the 'Throws for Moe's' promotion and all of our marketing efforts with the Bills have begun to pay off so early in our campaign and we look forward to continuing this trend throughout the season."

A Gold Award winner of the 2008 Consumer's Choice in Chains Awards, Moe's Southwest Grill serves fresh made-to-order burritos and southwest fare with attitude and flare.

"We are excited about our partnership with Moe's because they offer quality food and terrific service to their customers," said Bruce Popko, Bills senior vice president of business development. "We felt that Moe's shares our passion for providing a great experience for their customers the way we strive to provide a fun and memorable game experience for our fans.  Welcome to Moe's!"
