Is in his eighth season with the Bills and his first as passing game specialist/game management coach. Lubick is the son of Sonny Lubick, the long-time head coach of Colorado State. He has helped the Bills reach the playoffs six times (2017, 2019-23) and win four consecutive division titles (2020-23).
