It's the last chance for some players to make a good impression in Buffalo's preseason finale at Tampa Bay. Here are a handful of the players looking to put together a standout performance.

1 – CB/Ret Brandon Codrington

Embroiled in a returner competition with Laviska Shenault, Codrington is also trying to make the switch from outside corner to nickel. With Taron Johnson and Cam Lewis unlikely to play and Te'Cory Couch on injured reserve, Codrington will be logging a lot of snaps Saturday night and will be looking to prove he can capably serve as an understudy in that role.

2 – OL Dan Feeney

With Sedrick Van Pran Granger a possibility to begin the season on injured reserve, Feeney has an opportunity to demonstrate he's their next best option at center. He played there some already earlier this preseason and has also lined up at guard. The offensive staff might welcome a veteran presence behind Connor McGovern.

3 – DE Landon Jackson

In preseason game number one, Jackson appeared as though he was thinking more than playing. Last week in Chicago he began to make the transition and was a factor on the pass rush. Coach McDermott noted his improvement from the first to second game as well. Taking another step would go a long way to earning not just a spot on the roster, but a jersey on game day Week 1.

4 – DT Zion Logue

A midseason pickup for the practice squad last season, Logue has some wiggle as an interior defensive lineman that goes 6-6, 314. He's improved his run stopping ability, but he'll want to demonstrate an ability to consistently push the pocket to move quarterbacks off their spot.

5 – WR Tyrell Shavers

The fan favorite has produced in each of the first two preseason games as he battles for a spot on the 53-man roster. He's improved his releases at the line of scrimmage, which has helped him get separation more consistently on routes. How he's utilized on special teams Saturday night could provide clues as to his shot to finally make the active roster.
