After a joint practice in Cleveland, the Buffalo Bills are ready for Week 2 of preseason football. Here's a handful of players to keep an eye as we approach the Bills vs. Browns game.

1 – OL Alec Anderson

Embroiled in a position battle at left guard, Anderson will need to put his athleticism on display in preseason game number two. Whether it's pulling and getting out on the edges in the run game or his pass sets, the fourth-year pro must demonstrate consistent play, series in and series out to create some separation from his competition.

2 – DB Jordan Hancock

Coming off a strong debut performance at nickel corner with four tackles including a pair for loss, Hancock must build on his solid level of play in the preseason opener. Hancock also intercepted Browns QB Deshaun Watson during Thursday's joint practice.

On Saturday, he could also be given an opportunity to showcase his versatility if the safety position remains shorthanded due to injury. It would all help in cementing a spot on the roster.

3 – DL Landon Jackson

Another second-year player who showed encouraging signs in the preseason opener after getting a starting assignment vs. Carolina. If Jackson can repeat the strength and anticipation he put on display against Carolina, he could put himself into consideration for a starting role on Buffalo's defensive line.

4 – OLB Andre Jones Jr.

Defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard called Jones a fit for the 3-4 scheme at outside linebacker. At 6-5, 258 pounds, Jones has the requisite length and power to win battles on the edge to force runs back inside or generate a path to the quarterback. But he's at a position jam packed with talent. He'll need a splash play or two to make an ascent on the depth chart.

5 – TE Keleki Latu

Latu has very quietly put together a solid camp and preseason. The leading receiver in the preseason opener, Latu's length and route running ability are attractive qualities that could spark some interesting roster debates amongst the offensive staff. Yes, there is a very established depth chart at tight end, but if the second-year tight end keeps making plays in the passing game could he beat out a sixth wideout for a 53-man roster spot?
