8:19 1st Q | BUF 0, DEN 3 — K Brandon McManus 33-yard FG

4:59 1st Q | BUF 7, DEN 3 — QB Josh Allen 28-yard TD pass to WR Gabe Davis

Josh Allen and the Bills offense picked up right where they left at the end of last year, going down the field with ease on a six-play, 70-yard drive that culminated in a 28-yard strike from Allen to wide receiver Gabe Davis.

Allen pirouetted out of the pocket, reset his feet and found an open Davis running across the end zone. Davis made a leaping grab in coverage for the score.

Prior to the score, Allen found WR Isaiah McKenzie for 10 yards to open the drive. RB Devin Singletary burst through for a pickup of 18 yards on the next play to get the Bills across midfield. Three plays later, Allen found Davis for six.

13:29 2nd Q | BUF 14, DEN 3 — RB Zack Moss 1-yard TD run

QB Case Keenum came in to replace Allen after the first series and led three consecutive scoring drives starting with this eight-play, 80-yard drive. Keenum hit Davis for a gain of 19 followed by another chunk play to Diggs for 26 yards to get to the Denver 35-yard line.

Singletary had a four-yard catch on first down then picked up 14 on the ground to get inside the red zone. Three plays later, Moss punched it in from the goal line for the Bills' second TD of the game.

4:35 2nd Q | BUF 21, DEN 6 — RB Zack Moss 1-yard TD run

Moss got his second TD of the game after the Bills marched down the field again, going nine plays for 78 yards. Rookie RB James Cook saw several snaps in the backfield picking up 29 yards on the ground on 3 carries.

He also had a reception for 12 yards to get down to the Denver 1-yard line to set up Moss. Keenum had four completions on the drive.

The Bills struck again before halftime on a Keenum pass to Howard. Keenum threw for 86 yards on the 10-play drive; he finished the day 16 of 18 for 192 yards and one touchdown.

9:06 3rd Q | BUF 35, DEN 6 — RB Duke Johnson 2-yard TD run

The Bills got the ball to start the second half and inserted QB Matt Barkley into the game for Keenum. Barkley led the team on a 10-play, 80-yard drive with Johnson as the feature running back.

Johnson carried the ball six times for 42 yards. Raheem Blackshear also had two carries for 26 yards.

Buffalo's running game continued to dominate as Johnson found the end zone for the second time this game. Blackshear had a big 25-yard run on the drive to help set up the Johnson score.
