The Bills are adding offensive line depth ahead of their last preseason game, signing center Sincere Haynesworth.
Haynesworth was born in Buffalo but played high school football at Pearland High School just outside of Houston, TX. He attended Tulane University (2019-2023) and was an undrafted free agent who signed with the New Orleans Saints.
Haynesworth spent time on the Saints practice squad, as well as stints with the Arizona Cardinals and New England Patriots on their practice squad. In Jan. 2026, the 6-foot-1, 300-pound lineman signed with the St. Louis Battlehawks of the UFL.
In a corresponding move, Buffalo released WR Mac Dalena.
