1. This Bill should be in your fantasy lineup for Week 16

CBS Sports fantasy analyst Jamey Eisenburg is here to help get your lineup set for the fantasy football championship week. For week 16, Eisenburg has Zack Moss as a sleeper pick against the New England Patriots. This season, the Patriots have allowed the 12th most fantasy points to running backs this season and Eisenburg believes Moss should be in your fantasy lineup.

RB Zack Moss – Buffalo

Moss gets the Patriots this week, and New England has allowed back-to-back 100-yard games against Cam Akers and Ahmed. And Moss had 14 carries for 81 yards and two touchdowns against the Patriots in Week 8. Moss has back-to-back games with 13 carries, and the Bills are giving him the chance to be the lead back ahead of Devin Singletary. While both have flex appeal this week at New England, I expect Moss to have the better performance and hopefully find the end zone.

2. Why Mario Addison is motivated to finish strong

The Bills have reached many goals throughout this 2020 season, but still have a lot of work to do. With two games left in the regular season, it is crucial that the team keeps the competitive mindset as they gear up for the playoffs. One player who has extra motivation going into Monday night's game is Mario Addison. The former Carolina Panther is motivated to sack his former teammate Cam Newton, which he was not able to do when they last met up in Week 8. Addison is currently tied with A.J. Klein for most sacks on the team - each with five - and he knows that the team has to continue playing their best football in the upcoming weeks.

"Finish Strong," Addison stated. "Finish Strong. We clinched a spot in the playoffs and the division, but we still got two more games to play before we even get to the playoffs. So, we got to finish strong. We want to hit the playoffs with full speed, and we don't need no setbacks. It's time now, it's time to play big boy ball, so all that losing is done. Because as soon as you get in the playoffs, if you lose you go home, and quite frankly we aren't ready to go home."

3. Dion Dawkins' Christmas gift for his teammates

This Bills team is a close-knit family and there was a lot of gift exchanging among the players this holiday season. Josh Allen purchased personalized golf clubs for his linemen, the Bills wide receivers bought their position coach Chad Hall a brand-new truck and Dion Dawkins bought something for every single player on offense. Dawkins had custom canvas prints made of his teammates on the offensive side of the ball. Dawkins said it was worth the price to give something sentimental to his teammates that they can remember this season by.

"So, there's this dude on Instagram named Gillie Edits, and he does a great job, like seriously a great job," Dawkins said. "It was a pretty penny, but it was something worthwhile, that I felt the team deserved to remember a special year. We did something that hasn't been done in 25 years so I just figured that everybody on offense that put their all into this can have something to take home and glance at or look at and remember that special year up in Buffalo."
