Buffalo Bills Injury Report vs. Ravens | Week 8

1920X1080

Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady said Friday that five players will be questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

WR DJ Moore (shoulder), TE Dalton Kincaid (chest), CB Dee Alford (ankle), DL Greg Gaines and RT Spencer Brown (back) will all carry a questionable designation tag for Week 8.

Per Brady, Gaines "tweaked the lower body" during Friday's practice. Moore and Kincaid have been in red non-contact jerseys throughout the week of practice and have been "limited" on the team's injury report.

As for Brown, the right tackle said earlier this week that he is still dealing with a back issue that forced him to exit the Week 5 matchup against the Ravens. Brady believes Brown is a type of player that can still suit up without practicing.

"He's played a lot of football and man, he's playing at such a high level right now," Brady said. "I have a lot of trust in his preparation and not being able to get reps and still be able to go out there and do his job."

WR Tyrell Shavers (knee) will not be activated from injured reserve this week, Brady added.

DL Ed Oliver doesn't carry an injury designation and is expected to play Sunday, marking his first appearance since Week 4.

Ravens announce Lamar Jackson decision

After missing the last three weeks due to a left ankle sprain, the Baltimore Ravens are confident they will have Lamar Jackson as their starting quarterback against the Bills.

"We do think we'll have Lamar this week," Ravens head coach Jesse Minter said Friday.

Joe Brady shared the Bills anticipated Jackson would be available and game planned this week with his return in mind.

"We know we're going to get the best version of Lamar Jackson, and it's going to make for good football," Brady said.
