Bills head coach Sean McDermott ruled out three players for Sunday's game against Philadelphia. Defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (ankle), kicker Matt Prater (right quad) and safety Jordan Poyer (hamstring) will not play against the Eagles.
Quarterback Josh Allen (foot) was limited for Wednesday and Thursday but made improvements as the week went on.
"He has gotten better each day and is trending in the right direction," McDermott said of Allen. "And (he) will be ready to play."
Several other players were limited or did not participate in practices so far this week – defensive end Joey Bosa (hamstring – DNP & limited), defensive tackle DaQuan Jones (calf - DNP), tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee - DNP), tight end Dawson Knox (knee - DNP), linebacker Shaq Thompson (neck - limited), cornerback Taron Johnson (quad – limited) and defensive back Cam Lewis (hamstring – limited).
"We'll see where it goes," McDermott said as it relates to the group and their statuses for Sunday. "They're all kind of a case-by-case basis at this point."
Buffalo's final injury report of the week will be posted following Friday's practice.
