The Bills made an addition to their linebacker group signing veteran Maurice Alexander reaching a one-year contract agreement.
Alexander, 28, played last season with the Seattle Seahawks where he served as a reserve safety and a special teams contributor. In 2016 and 2017, Alexander started at strong safety and free safety for the Los Angeles Rams.
His most productive season came at strong safety in 2016 when he posted 50 tackles, four pass breakups, two interceptions and a sack.
A former fourth-round pick of the Rams in 2014, Alexander joins a linebacker group that includes Lorenzo Alexander, Tremaine Edmunds, Julian Stanford, Matt Milano and Deon Lacey.
