Biography

Joe Brady joined the Buffalo Bills in 2022 as the team's quarterbacks coach. Prior to arriving in Buffalo, Brady spent two seasons (2020-21) as the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator. He was named the Bills' interim offensive coordinator on Nov. 14, 2023, then was promoted to full time offensive coordinator on Jan. 28, 2024.
