Parking

To maintain a safe and family friendly environment, the Buffalo Bills ask that all guests adhere to the Parking Code of Conduct.  All guests must follow instructions of stadium personnel, and the following behaviors will not be tolerated. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in ejection, arrest, and/or revocation of parking and ticket purchasing privileges.

• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Conduct that endangers spectators, Team Members, or participants.
• Inappropriate displays of affection for a public setting.
• Fighting, taunting, and threatening remarks or offensive gestures toward any fans including visiting team fans, as well as Highmark Stadium Team Members.
• Indecent exposure or undressing.
• Intoxication, binge drinking, or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that result in irresponsible behavior.
• Scalping or other improper resale of tickets.
• Unauthorized solicitation and/or selling of any merchandise without the permission of the Buffalo Bills.
• Use of foul, disruptive, obscene, offensive, or abusive language or actions.
• Wearing obscene, offensive, political in nature, or indecent clothing.
• Displaying obscene, offensive, political in nature, or indecent signage, or flags.
• Any other behavior deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management.

• All Highmark Stadium parking lots require an advanced purchase parking pass. Event Day parking transactions are limited to accessible parking only. See Accessible Parking for more information.
• Advanced purchase parking passes are valid for the parking lot designated on the pass only, and cannot be utilized to park in a different parking lot on the Highmark Stadium campus.
• Parking lots open (4) hours prior to kickoff and close (2) hours after the game concludes. Parking lot hours for concerts and other major events vary and are communicated via the Highmark Stadium website and social media.
• Abbott Road will be closed to all vehicle traffic (5) hours prior to kickoff between Bills Drive and the NFTA Transportation Hub on game days.
• Big Tree Road (Route 20A) will be closed to westbound traffic during postgame ONLY from Fieldhouse Drive to Route 219 and eastbound traffic during postgame ONLY from Erie College Drive to Southwestern Blvd.
• All guests must have a valid parking permit to park in a designated parking lot. Permits are valid for All guests parking in Highmark Stadium lots must also have a valid event ticket or credential.
• To ensure safe and efficient travel throughout Highmark Stadium parking lots and surrounding roads, please follow the directions of Erie County Sheriff Traffic, Security, and/or Premium Parking Staff.
• Parking spaces are not pre-assigned unless otherwise posted. Guests cannot choose their parking space, and will be directed to their parking location by Highmark Stadium parking staff. Reserving spaces is NOT permitted.
• The parking pass allows for one space per vehicle only. One car, one space.
• Refunds will not be made for lost, stolen, or unused parking passes. A refund or credit will be made only for event cancellations.

• Box trucks are prohibited, and vehicles may not enter the Stadium with anything in-tow (e.g., grills, trailers, etc.).
• Advertising or commercial activities; guest vehicles with exterior advertisement (e.g. wraps) are not allowed in the parking lot areas even with a valid parking pass. No commercial advertisement hung or displayed on guest vehicles, tents, signs, or by any other means possible is permitted.

• Designated Accessible Parking Lots are Blue ADA and White ADA. Parking in both lots is on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments are cashless and must be made upon arrival. There are no advanced permits sold to these parking lots.
• Parking on adjacent roads and streets to wait for ADA Parking Lots to open is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to being ticketed and/or towed by the Erie County Sheriff's Department & Orchard Park Police.
• Accessible parking is also available for valid pass holders in the Bronze, Gold, & Platinum lots. Limited accessible parking overflow is available in other parking lots and will be managed on a case-by-case basis by our parking team.
• Proper permits are required to park in accessible spaces. Parking placards for guests with disabilities are available through state or town government offices.
• Vehicles parked in accessible parking spaces without the proper legal parking placards are subject to be towed and/or fined.
• All tailgating activity must fit within designated ADA parking space striping. Tailgating is strictly prohibited at all times within the crosshatched ADA access aisles located between designated ADA spaces.
• The Buffalo Bills Guest Experience team provides ADA golf cart transportation from Bills parking lots to stadium gates for fans in need. For more information, see the ADA Pick Up/Drop Off map, or on Game Day call the Game Day Fan Hotline at 716-312-8933.

• Parking permits must be purchased in advance of Bills home games through the Buffalo Bills Ticket Office. Buses or limos that show up on game day without a parking permit will not be permitted entry.
• There is no tailgating or loitering permitted next to or around parked buses. Tailgating in the Bus & Limo Lot is only permitted for limousines with a capacity of 11 persons or fewer.
• Sprinter Vans of any size will be parked in the Limo Lot and must purchase a parking pass in advance. Sprinter vans will not be permitted to park in the Blue, Bronze, Gold, Green, Grey, Orange, Platinum or White lots.
• Buses & Limos are not permitted to depart the Bus & Limo Lot on the day of a game until (1) hour after the game has concluded.

• RVs are permitted to enter beginning at 8:00 AM (1) day prior to scheduled home games. Entry to the RV Lot is located off Southwestern Blvd. The RV Lot entry closes at 10:00 PM (1) day prior to scheduled home games. There is no day of game entry permitted for RVs.
• Vehicles are not permitted to exit and re-enter the RV Lot on game days.
• RVs are not permitted to depart from the RV Lot on the day of a game until (2) hours after the game has concluded. All RVs must depart from the RV Lot by 2:00 PM the day after the game.
• No parking or lining up early along Southwestern Blvd. is permitted. Spaces are guaranteed for permit holders.  Violator(s) may be subject to ticketing by local law enforcement and/or towed at owner's expense.
• No RV's or other vehicles will be permitted in any other parking areas and/or driveways outside of these published hours.  Vehicles that arrive during closed hours will not be admitted to the lot.
• Additional vehicles are not permitted in the RV Lot or allowed to park at the entrance to the RV Lot.  No guest vehicles are permitted in any of the Highmark Stadium lots.
• RV Lot parking permits are only valid for the RV and are not to be transferred to a car, truck or other vehicle that is not towing a RV.  If a car or truck shows with a RV Lot permit without towing a RV, they will be directed to a standard vehicle parking lots and will not need to purchase another permit.
• Parking team representatives will assist in the parking of vehicles to maximize availability in the lot.
• Vehicles must have proper spacing between them, both side to side and nose to tail.  Please be wary of parking RV's with open extensions into another RV's open extensions and leaving no access aisles for emergencies.  Vehicles must park according to the instructions of the lot attendants.
• The fire lanes must be kept clear.  The fire lane is clearly marked with yellow diagonal lines.
• Porta-johns are located in the Camper Lot for your convenience.  Please do not relocate them.
• The Town of Orchard Park prohibits open burning.
• There are no power supplies or septic services available for personal use.
• No golf carts, skateboards, bikes, or drones are allowed in the RV Lot.  All pets must be leashed.
• No weapons or fireworks of any kind are permitted.
• Please adhere to the Town of Orchard Park noise ordinance.  QUIET HOURS BEGIN AT 10:00 PM. Loud music/sound systems that are deemed offensive to others is not permitted.  Thank you for being courteous to fellow RV's.  Non-compliance is subject to ejection from the lot and/or loss of future parking privileges.

• Parking spaces consist of a 9ft by 18ft parking stall with a 9ft by 10ft tailgating area behind the parked vehicle. All tailgating activities must fit within this allotted space.
• All emergency lanes, drive aisles and crosshatched areas must always remain clear and unobstructed. Vehicle tailgates should not interfere with the flow of traffic. Emergency lanes must be kept clear of tailgating equipment to allow emergency response vehicles and personnel to pass through.
• Tailgating areas must be kept in a neat and orderly condition, and all trash must be disposed of in proper receptacles. Guests must return their area to its original state before entering the event. Trash bags must not be left beside a car or otherwise outside of a trash receptacle within the tailgating area.
• Tailgating in Highmark Stadium parking lots conclude at kickoff. At this time, all guests must enter the stadium with their game ticket.

• Use of tents, so long as they do not encroach into the marked emergency vehicle lane or take space in adjacent parking spaces.
• Natural gas & propane grills
• Charcoal grills & open-fit fires that are raised at least 6 inches off the ground. Coals must be completely extinguished prior to entering the stadium and are not permitted to be dumped within Highmark Stadium parking lots.
• Plastic or non-breakable cups/cans
• Guests may bring and prepare food for consumption by their friends & family only.
• Personal-sized amplified sound system (e.g. small Bluetooth speaker)
• Bicycles are permitted in tailgating areas only at designated bike racks

• Stakes, through-surface inserts (e.g. tent poles), anything driven into the ground
• Charcoal grills & open-pit fires that are not raised at least 6 inches off the ground.
• Wood stoves, oil fryers and/or other cooking stations.
• Bottles, glass containers
• Sale of food or beverage and private catering companies.
• Electrical cords cannot be placed across parking areas/drive aisles or in areas that would create a hazard for any guests.
• Portable public address systems are not permitted. Amplified sound systems cannot be used at excessive volumes, and playing music with inappropriate language (profanity, slurs, etc.) is prohibited.
• Non-licensed motorized and non-motorized vehicles are prohibited within the designated tailgating parking lot(s), including without limitation golf carts, Segways, skateboards, scooters, and hoverboards.
• Drones, remote-controlled unmanned aerial vehicles or other similar motorized vehicles/devices; possession or operation of such devices may result in immediate ejection from the site and may also result in confiscation of such devices by security and law enforcement.
• Megaphones, airhorns, and other noise making devices
• Selling of items or soliciting of any promotional or marketing activities
• Any item deemed inappropriate or dangerous to spectators, participants or Team Members.
• Weapons or firearms – this extends to both real weapons and fake weapons such as toy guns, swords, knives, hatchets or bombs that might be part of a costume
