1. For the second straight year, the Bills will leave Tennessee after week five with a 4-1 record. The Bills allowed more than 40 points in a game for the first time since week nine of the 2018 season. 

2. Since 2015, the Bills are 0-14 when allowing 17 or more points in the first half. Their last win after allowing that was week eight against the New York Jets in 2014. 

3. Josh Allen threw two interceptions to Titans cornerback Malcolm Butler in today's game. It is the first time Allen has had multiple interceptions in a game since week four against the New England Patriots in 2019. 

4. With two passing touchdowns, Josh Allen becomes the fourth player in team history with four consecutive games with two passing touchdowns. He is the first since Ryan Fitzpatrick from week 17 of the 2011 season to week four of the 2012 season.

5. TJ Yeldon had his first receiving touchdown as a Buffalo Bill in the fourth quarter. This is his first receiving score since week seven of the 2018 season. 

6. The Bills had 10 penalties for 56 yards in their loss to the Titans. That is the most penalties committed this season and the most since they had 12 penalties in week 12 against the Broncos last season. 

7. The Bills will have sole possession of the first place in AFC East this early into the season for the first time since week seven of the 2008 season.  

8. With 10 receptions from 106 yards, Stefon Diggs has back-to-back 100-yard games. It is the fifth time in his career with consecutive 100-yard performances. It is the first time for the Bills since Robert Foster in 2018. 

9. The Titans became the first NFL team to score a touchdown on every red zone possession (minimum six red zone drives) have zero turnovers and allow no sacks in a game since the Patriots defeated the Bills, 56-10, in Week 11 of their undefeated 2007 season.
