The Bills made a couple of moves in their Player Personnel department. Buffalo promoted Personnel Coordinator Asil Mulbah to the title of Pro Scout. They also hired RJ Webb as a scouting assistant.

Mulbah joined Buffalo's personnel department last year after serving as director of recruiting operations at Syracuse for two years. He had previous NFL experience as a scouting intern with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mulbah also worked at Wake Forest and Bowling Green.

With the 2019 NFL Draft officially underway, follow along with the Buffalo Bills to find out which players the team selects. Bills draft coverage is presented by ECMC.

Webb had a promising football career as a wide receiver cut short by a pair of torn ACLs in back-to-back collegiate seasons at Furman. Though he did return from those injuries and was signed as an undrafted rookie by the Carolina Panthers in 2013, he suffered another knee injury in spring camp and was placed on injured reserve.

Webb was previously a Bills scouting intern through the league's Nunn-Wooten Fellowship program. The Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship, created by the NFL in January 2015, exposes interested former players to a career in professional scouting.

This is the second consecutive season the Bills have hired a Nunn-Wooten Fellowship participant. Last year they hired Keith Jennings as the team's BLESTO scout.
