It's just the second day of Buffalo Bills Training Camp, but QB Josh Allen and the veteran leaders on the team are already establishing an identity and vision for the upcoming season.

During a One Bills Live appearance after Day 2 of camp, Allen spoke about the main message he gave the team at the start of the week.

"Want to be here, want to win, want to work," Allen shared.

"That's the key piece is 'want'," he added. "That's what every guy is thinking right now."

That energy and mentality is evident through the first couple practices at St. John Fisher University. With established leaders such as Allen, Von Miller, Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde and more helping to set the tone in the locker room, it's been a seamless transition so far getting new players to buy into the culture.

Allen credits Bills GM Brandon Beane for finding players in the offseason through free agency and the draft that have the right mindset and fit what the Bills' goals are.

"Guys that are smart, that work hard, that are selfless and guys that care about winning games," the QB said.

Allen continued on to say that he isn't satisfied with the way the last few seasons have ended in the playoffs and that the work started in training camp this week is an important step in making sure they end the year as champions.

"We're working for a Lombardi Trophy," Allen said. "We've been in the playoffs the last four years and it hasn't come out our way. So, what are we doing, how can we talk about turning everything we are doing into winning that Super Bowl?"
