Buffalo Bills announce promotions in scouting department

The Buffalo Bills announced four promotions to their scouting department for 2026 on Thursday.

Alonzo Dotson has been named the assistant director of college scouting. Dotson joined the Bills in 2022 as a college national scout. The Bills video production team profiled Dotson's work as a scout this offseason during an episode of “Buffalo Bills: Embedded”.

Tyler Pratt, who has served as the southeast area scout the last four seasons, has been promoted to national scout. Pratt has been with the Bills staff since 2017.

Kellyn Gerenstein is now Buffalo's BLESTO scout. Gerenstein joined the Bills in 2024 as a scouting assistant. He previously worked as the director of high school recruiting for Boston College.

Additionally, Gardner Temkin has been named a scouting assistant.
