InjuryReport10.3

Bills head coach Sean McDermott told WGR550 CB Dorian Strong (neck) and LB Dorian Williams (knee) will be ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Strong and Williams did not practice on Thursday and will not on Friday.

McDermott also said DT T.J. Sanders (knee) will not participate in Friday's practice. Sanders was limited in Thursday's practice.

"We'll take it one day at a time with him as we head down the stretch here," McDermott.

RT Spencer Brown (calf), DT Ed Oliver (ankle) and LB Matt Milano (pectoral) will practice in some capacity on Friday. Their status for Sunday's game is unknown.

"I think they've done some good things, each of them," McDermott said. "Again, just taking it one day at time."
