No. 3 — QB Josh Allen

Quarterback Josh Allen achieves his highest ranking yet, coming in at No. 3 overall. Allen debuted on the list in 2020 at No. 87 and has only gone up in the rankings from there. Allen climbed nine spots this year after coming in at No. 12 in 2024.

At the end of the 2024 season, Allen finished as the NFL's MVP and threw for 3,731 yards, 28 passing touchdowns and was second in the league in quarterback rating. Allen also ranked second in the league for rushing touchdowns among quarterbacks with 12.

The seven-year veteran had a PFF overall grade of 91.8 for the 2024 season and a rushing grade of 94.4, which was ranked first in the league.

The QB has recorded 26,434 passing yards, 4,142 rushing yards and 262 total touchdowns as he starts his 8th season.

No. 89 — RB James Cook

Bills RB James Cook makes the list for the first time in his career. Cook had a breakout season in year three, tying for the league lead in rushing touchdowns with 16. He also recorded over 1,250 scrimmage yards (1,009 rushing, 258 receiving).

No. 42 - LT Dion Dawkins

Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins made the list for the second time in his career. Last year, Dawkins ranked as the No. 89 player. For the 2025 season the nine year veteran came in at number 42.

Dawkins received a 72.9 pass blocking grade and an 81.2 run blocking grade from PFF. Dawkins was part of an offensive line that allowed the fewest sacks in the NFL in 2024.

The LT was selected to the NFL Pro Bowl for the fourth time in his career. Since coming into the league in 2017, Dawkins has played in over 128 games, with 122 starts, allowing less than 30 sacks.
